Job summary

Blue Cross North Carolina is seeking a Principal Organizational Development Advisor to lead OD/OE strategies across a multi-entity health care enterprise. The role focuses on culture, change, team effectiveness, leadership, workforce optimization, and business performance to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

You will partner with COEs and leaders, diagnose gaps, and deliver integrated solutions to optimize workforce impact and enable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).
• 8+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior executives and leaders, providing expert consultation on complex organizational challenges and leading transformations.
• Diagnose, design and drive OD/OE interventions to solve complex business challenges with alignment to priorities and outcomes.
• Apply OD/OE expertise and systems-thinking to advance culture, change, and leadership development while enabling performance outcomes.
