LHH is seeking an experienced Organizational Development Consultant to lead strategic people and organizational initiatives during a critical growth phase. You will advise executive leadership and HR teams, focusing on organizational effectiveness, talent management, and change management.

The role involves partnering with leaders to accelerate transformation, design workforce planning, and develop leadership capabilities, while delivering data-driven insights and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, business, psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, HR, or consulting.
• Proven experience leading change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with succession planning, workforce planning, and talent assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational effectiveness initiatives and design org structures.
• Develop workforce planning strategies aligned with business goals.
• Design and facilitate leadership development programs and coaching.
• Enhance performance management and talent assessment tools.
