The role requires guiding enterprise-wide initiatives, coaching executives and teams, and applying proven tools to improve processes, culture, and results across the system.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree (MBA, MA, or MS) in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field.
• 7-10 years of professional experience in Organization Development, Change Management, and/or Training and Development.
• Demonstrated success orchestrating organizational development and change initiatives within a corporate or business organizational development capability.
• Experience working with large or complex organizations with geographically dispersed team members and clients.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
