Northside Hospital is seeking a seasoned marketing/BD professional to create, coordinate and execute business development plans, while gathering feedback on physician and community needs. You will coordinate system-wide marketing activities for assigned service lines and promote hospital initiatives.

You will build and nurture effective relationships across departments, physicians, and the community, and coordinate related operational activities.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Healthcare Management or related field.
Minimum five years’ experience in healthcare.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in MS Office; CRM knowledge.
Strategic and analytical thinker.
Knowledge of market research and data analysis.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Mansioni

Creates, coordinates and executes business development plans and provides feedback on physician and community needs.
Coordinates system-wide marketing activities for assigned service line(s).
Responsible for developing and growing effective relationships between the hospital and all its departments and programs with physicians and the community.
This position also coordinates operational activities as defined below.
