Job summary

MemorialCare Health System in Fountain Valley seeks a Sr. Organizational Development & Career Strategy Consultant to provide systemwide strategy and hands-on execution across OD, culture transformation, leadership development, change management, and career strategy initiatives.

As part of a lean, high-impact OD team, you will design strategic plans and roll up your sleeves to deliver practical outcomes, partnering with executives, HR, and operations to strengthen engagement and workforce

Qualifications

5–7 years of progressive experience in Organizational Development, Leadership Development, Workforce Development, or related field.
Experience in a large, complex organization; health care experience preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in OD methodologies, change management, leadership development, instructional design, strategy, organizational assessment, and career strategy.

Responsibilities

Partner with executives and clinical leaders to strengthen engagement and alignment with strategic priorities.
Lead systemwide upskilling, reskilling, and internal mobility programs.
Design and implement career development programs for evolving roles.
Facilitate OD tools and methodologies to improve communication and collaboration.
Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Oversee development of instructional design and training across formats.
