Job summary

Northside Hospital Inc. is seeking an Organizational Development (OD) Consultant to drive performance through design and delivery of OD programs across the system.

You will work with senior leaders to align people, processes, and systems for sustainable growth at Northside locations in Atlanta and beyond. The role emphasizes facilitation, coaching, and data-driven change management, with regular travel to different hospital locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience including managing people and large-scale projects.
• Experience designing, implementing, measuring and reporting organizational development interventions.
• Professional presence with polished facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience coaching and mentoring teams to drive consensus and data gathering.
• Understanding of change management, agile principles and design thinking.
• Strong planning, problem solving, organizational and analytical skills.
• Travel to various Northside Hospital locations regularly.

Responsibilities

• Leads interventions for organizational, team, and individual performance using OD methods.
• Aligns people, processes, and systems to drive sustainable growth and change.
• Designs and delivers OD programs, processes, and initiatives for the system.
• Consults with senior leaders to solve system needs and guides OD consultants.
