Qualifications

• Experience in operating model development and organizational design on large-scale projects.
• Delivery of org design projects in domains such as supply chain, IT, finance, customer, sales & marketing.
• Willingness to travel and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with ~3 days per week at client site or EY office.
• Experience with digital assets and analytical tools in organization design.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale organizational design projects and advise stakeholders while building relationships with clients.
• Collaborate to deliver innovative and insightful solutions for team structure and agile ways of working.
• Identify and help manage issues and risks during client assignments, from planning through implementation.
