Guidehouse is seeking an experienced professional to lead organizational transformation initiatives within federal contexts. You will assess HQ structures, design future-state operating models, and drive workforce realignment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in organizational transformation or design.
• Experience with current-state/future-state analyses and operating model evaluations.
• Ability to develop governance frameworks and workforce alignment recommendations.
• Experience executing large-scale change management with stakeholder engagement.
• Strong writing and presentation skills for executive deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational assessments of HQ functions, staffing structures, and operating models.
• Develop future-state structures, charts, and position frameworks for transformation.
• Facilitate executive interviews and workshops to build consensus on recommendations.
• Develop business cases, roadmaps, and workforce transition strategies.
• Design governance models, decision rights, and roles/responsibilities matrices.
• Develop change management plans and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Analyze workload data to support staffing and design recommendations.
• Prepare executive briefings and client deliverables for federal stakeholders.
