Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an Organizational Design & Change Management Senior Consultant in the Arlington, VA area. You will conduct organizational assessments, design future-state structures, facilitate executive sessions, and develop governance, change, and workforce-transition plans to enable federal agency transformation.

The role requires collaboration with senior leaders and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in organizational transformation or related consulting.
• Experience with current-state/future-state analyses and operating model evaluations.
• Strong writing and presentation skills for executive-level deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational assessments of HQ functions, missions, staffing structures, and operating models to identify opportunities for organizational optimization.
• Develop future-state structures, charts, and position frameworks to support transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate executive interviews, workshops, and leadership sessions to capture priorities and build consensus.
