Guidehouse is seeking an Organization Development Senior Consultant to support large-scale transformation initiatives, including planning and executing organizational redesigns, strengthening leadership effectiveness, and improving team performance to help clients achieve mission outcomes.

The role requires independent management of workstreams, mentoring of junior staff, and the ability to build trusted relationships with mid-to-senior stakeholders while applying change management,

Qualifications

Master’s degree required in Organizational Development or related field.
3–5+ years of consulting in organizational development or transformation.
Experience designing leadership development programs and facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and support organizational design and restructuring efforts.
Develop change and organization development strategies.
Design and deliver leadership development programs.
Facilitate team effectiveness workshops.
Conduct organizational assessments and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
