Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a consulting professional to support organizational design, change management, and leadership development initiatives for client organizations. You will perform current/future state analyses, design transition plans, and deliver stakeholder workshops to drive organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities include conducting workforce analyses, creating client-ready reports, and assisting with project planning and risk tracking while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 1–3 years of consulting or organizational development experience.
• Experience supporting organizational transformation, workforce planning, or change initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support organizational design and restructuring initiatives, including current and future state assessments.
• Assist with development and implementation of change management strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Design and deliver leadership development programs, training materials, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops focused on organizational effectiveness and strategic planning.
• Conduct organizational assessments and workforce analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyze data and develop client-ready recommendations, presentations, and briefing materials.
• Support project planning, task management, risk tracking, and deliverable development.
• Build productive client relationships and work with project teams.
• Identify process improvements and support implementation efforts.
• Contribute to business development through research, proposals, and thought leadership.
