Guidehouse is seeking an Organizational Transformation Managing Consultant to support federal civilian agencies with strategy, organizational transformation, and change management initiatives. You will lead multidisciplinary engagements, develop executive-ready deliverables, and mentor junior staff while traveling up to 10% and working from VA offices in Arlington or McLean.
