Job summary

Lyra Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager, Systems Architecture to lead and scale the provider network platform.

You will drive operational strategy, own complex multi-system integrations, and partner with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps. You will manage a high-performing team, ensure data integrity across Workday, Salesforce, and downstream systems, and identify opportunities to improve infrastructure and

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Operations Management, Systems Architecture, Business Operations, Program Management, or related technical-ops role.
Proven direct people management experience with delivering operational roadmaps and mentoring teams.
Deep experience with enterprise tool ecosystems and multi-system data flows.
Strong written and verbal communication to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with fluency in evaluating operational metrics.

Responsibilities

Lead the Systems Architecture team and drive operational strategy for tool integrations and data pipelines.
Own cross-system integrations ensuring stability, scalability and data integrity.
Partner with Product, Salesforce Development, Clinical, and Operations to surface risks and unblock execution.
Plan and execute team roadmaps aligned with Provider Core Ops goals.
Monitor system health and identify automation opportunities for long-term investments.
