Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a seasoned Business Operations professional to drive field performance, planning, and budgeting for the Enterprise Support organization in the Arlington area. Leverage data and tools to optimize headcount, productivity, and strategic initiatives that enhance revenue growth and customer success.

The role requires deep experience with Excel, CRM systems, and data-driven processes, plus the ability to communicate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
• Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manages business planning on behalf of assigned field teams and key stakeholders.
• Owns the execution of Geo/Area planning, productivity improvements, site and level mix planning, headcount planning, goals planning, and budgeting.
• Deep knowledge of operations tools used on a regular basis including applications such as Quicksight and Excel.
• Monitors and applies controllership to variable headcount plans to minimize business risks and maximize business opportunities.
• Dives deep to inspect and scrutinize large data sets to mitigate business risk and downstream impacts of related actions.
• Proactively and independently works with stakeholders to identify business needs and design and implement solutions.
