Qualifications

• 5+ years of Excel experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
• Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manages business planning on behalf of assigned field teams and key stakeholders.
• Owns the execution of Geo/Area planning, productivity improvements, site and level mix planning, headcount planning, goals planning, and budgeting.
• Deep knowledge of operations tools including Quicksight and Excel.
• Monitors and applies controllership to variable headcount plans to minimize risks and maximize opportunities.
• Dives deep to inspect large data sets to mitigate business risk and impacts.
