Job summary

AWS Enterprise Support is hiring a driven, analytical Business Operations professional to support field teams with planning, performance, and productivity across large accounts. You will own headcount planning, budgeting, and operational targets while championing data-driven decision making.

Focus areas include geo/area planning, productivity improvements, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
• Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Manages business planning on behalf of assigned field teams and key stakeholders.
• Owns the execution of components of Geo/Area planning, productivity improvements, site and level mix planning, headcount planning, goals planning, and operational target setting and budgeting.
• Deep knowledge of operations tools used on a regular basis including applications such as Quicksight and Excel.
• Monitors and applies controllership to variable headcount plans to minimize business risks and maximize business opportunities.
• Dives deep to inspect and scrutinize large data sets to mitigate business risk and downstream impacts of related actions.
• Proactively and independently works with stakeholders to identify business needs and design and implement solutions.
• Has a working knowledge of the data available or needed by the wider business for more complex or comparative analysis.
• Draft written and verbal communication with the ability to communicate to management, and at times in a cross-functional setting
