Job summary

Wing is seeking a Business Operations Lead to join the Business Operations team. This remote role in the United States involves driving complex, cross-functional projects with end-to-end ownership and transforming strategy into actionable initiatives across go-to-market and operations.

The ideal candidate will navigate ambiguity, translate data into insights, and influence senior stakeholders to scale Wing’s operations while upholding a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Business Operations, Management Consulting, or equivalent roles.
• Proven track record of delivering high-impact results.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide programs and strategic initiatives with end-to-end ownership.
• Solve complex problems by identifying roadblocks and building new processes.
• Design cadences and reporting frameworks to deliver operational rigor and track progress.
• Synthesize quantitative and qualitative findings into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to align resources and direction.
• Champion process improvement and scale effective solutions across the business.
