Job summary

Wing is seeking a Regional Flight Operations Support Manager to join our Flight Operations team. This role is based remotely in the United States and will lead a distributed team delivering safe, compliant drone operations and efficient regional services.

You will steer vendor strategy, approve timesheets and travel, forecast headcount, and develop SOPs, while coordinating with Maintenance, Training and Community Affairs to hit Wing's agenda and ensure high standards of safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in aviation operations, logistics, or workforce management.
• Experience leading distributed teams.
• Commercial drone operations experience (Part 107/135) and active Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
• Ability to work 5 days/week including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop a team of Flight Operations Support Coordinators.
• Oversee regional vendor strategy and contract adherence.
• Govern operational systems including Deputy, ServiceNow, and Google Workspace.
• Approve timesheets, expense reports, and regional travel.
• Forecast staffing requirements and plan headcount.
• Develop SOPs for site logistics and crew readiness.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners and engage with public/government visitors.
