Qualifications

• 12+ years in Business Operations, management consulting, or equivalent.
• Experience influencing at the executive level and negotiating priorities.
• Ability to synthesize market and internal data into long-term recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide programs and define scope, success criteria, and long-term roadmap.
• Solve complex problems by identifying roadblocks, addressing inefficiencies, and designing new processes.
• Design project cadences and reporting frameworks for operational rigor and progress tracking against objectives.
• Synthesize findings into actionable insights and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align resources and integrate activities across workstreams.
• Champion process improvement and scale solutions across the business.
