Job summary

affirm, Inc. is seeking an operations enablement leader to deliver scalable, compliant servicing experiences across the company’s operations. You will define program roadmaps, partner with product and engineering, and drive measurable outcomes while aligning with strategic priorities.

You will own cross-functional initiatives, apply Lean Six Sigma, and build knowledge ecosystems to support both human and AI agents. A focus on governance, training, and change adoption will be key to success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or product operations, preferably in large-scale or global operations.
• 3+ years in fintech or financial institutions with scaling ops and coaching experience.
• Subject matter expert on financial regulations (e.g., UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, Card Act, GLBA, GDPR).
• Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management or Design Thinking.
• Experience implementing and scaling knowledge management and training (Salesforce, Confluence, LMS, or AI-driven tools).
• Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with strong execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, risk management, and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Own complex cross-functional programs, aligned with servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Define program roadmaps with KPIs, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks.
• Partner with senior leaders across product, engineering, and operations to drive impact.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and governance with clear executive communications.
• Identify risks and dependencies; propose data-backed solutions and resolve with stakeholders.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to identify root causes and implement scalable improvements.
• Lead end-to-end changes from design to adoption and measurement.
• Build knowledge resources with product and engineering teams for humans and AI agents.
• Evolve knowledge ecosystems (SOPs, job aids, learning platforms, AI tools).
• Translate technical concepts into clear resources for human and AI agents.
• Oversee training strategy from onboarding to new product rollouts with measurement.
• Collaborate on experience improvements and scalability across domains.
• Expand program scope and develop cross-domain capabilities as needed.
