Job summary

Affirm is seeking an Operations Enablement leader to drive scalable, compliant servicing experiences across our Operations organization. You will define the vision for operational readiness and own cross‑functional initiatives with clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and vendors to translate strategy into scalable capabilities for both human and AI agents, while building a robust knowledge ecosystem and leading learning programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or product operations experience.
• Proven impact across efficiency, compliance and customer experience.
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, project/program management and change management.
• Experience scaling knowledge management and training systems (CRM/ERP/LMS).
• Background in regulated financial services or fintech preferred.
• Strong influence and communication with executives and diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical, data‑driven mindset with focus on measurable outcomes.
• Global, cross‑functional collaboration in growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional programs aligned with servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Define program roadmaps, execution plans and track KPIs, timelines and budgets.
• Drive enterprise improvements using Lean Six Sigma and change management.
• Create manuals and resources for human and AI agents.
• Architect knowledge ecosystems: SOPs, learning platforms, AI tools.
• Translate complex concepts into clear operational resources.
• Oversee end‑to‑end design and delivery of training programs.
• Anticipate regulatory needs for product launches and expansions.
• Use dashboards and qualitative feedback to inform leadership decisions.
• Coach augmented staff and vendors to deliver high‑quality content.
