Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of six years of experience in leadership and direct patient roles in operations management, budgeting, market development, quality improvement, program development, revenue cycle management, and financial management within a healthcare practice and/or hospital setting.
• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Ohio State Martha Morehouse Outpatient Care campus operations.
• Oversee operational performance and campus integration across multiple locations with a focus on financial stewardship, patient experience, safety, and quality.
• Partner with ambulatory services leadership, physician faculty leaders, and clinic managers to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Support regulatory readiness, accreditation standards, and ongoing compliance across facilities.
• Collaborate with enterprise partners and cross-disciplinary teams to deliver cohesive, patient-centered service.
