The Ohio State University Physicians, Inc. seeks an experienced clinic administrator to lead operations across outpatient sites in Dublin, Ohio.

You will drive staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and liaison activities with physicians and administrative teams to maintain efficient patient care and compliance. Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of managerial experience in a clinical setting, with strong leadership and communication skills to support a collaborative

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of direct managerial or supervision experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with professionalism.
• Experience interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization with poise and diplomacy.
• Knowledge of medical office operations and patient confidentiality guidelines (OSHA, Joint Commission).

Responsibilities

• Provides overall administrative direction and coordination of clinic operations.
• Manages staffing, scheduling, payroll, hiring, training, and performance management.
• Oversees clinic budgets, labor costs, and expenses to meet financial goals.
• Ensures staff complete required orientations and compliance training.
• Analyzes reports to improve clinic productivity and outcomes.
• Coordinates with corporate central access to optimize provider templates.
