Ohio State University Physicians is hiring a clinic administrator to provide strategic direction and coordination for multiple outpatient sites. The role leads the organizational structure, staffing, and daily operations to meet clinic goals while ensuring quality of care and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 2 years of direct managerial or supervision experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, leadership and customer service skills.
• Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software; knowledge of medical office operations and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develops, recommends, implements and maintains an organizational structure, systems and staffing plan to meet clinic goals.
• Manages all aspects of clinic operations while controlling labor costs and expenses.
• Oversees staff hiring, training, supervision, engagement, performance management and payroll approvals.
• Ensures staff attend Ambulatory Skills Orientation and adheres to policy and confidentiality requirements.
