Job summary

The Ohio State University Physicians, Inc. is seeking a Senior Clinic Manager to lead operations across outpatient clinics in Columbus.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive patient care excellence while building a capable clinical team. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2 years of management experience in a clinical setting, and strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen to optimize staff performance and clinic productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 2 years of direct managerial or supervision experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, leadership and customer service skills.
• High level of professional integrity and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations.
• Ability to interact with individuals at all levels with poise and diplomacy.
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Knowledge of medical office operations and patient confidentiality guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains organizational structure, systems, and staffing plan for clinics.
• Manages clinic operations, labor costs, and expenses.
• Oversees staff hiring, training, supervision, engagement, and payroll.
• Initiates coaching and performance improvement actions.
• Ensures staff complete Ambulatory Skills Orientation.
• Analyzes reports to improve financial results and clinic productivity.
• Oversees registration, scheduling, and provider template functions in coordination with Corporate Central Access.
