Job summary

ASM Research seeks an Operations Manager – DDLC Support to lead day-to-day delivery operations across multiple sites. You will plan, direct, and coordinate activities, manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risks, and work with IT, logistics, and security to optimize performance.

The role requires a bachelor’s, 8+ years of IT/ops project experience, experience with federal contracts, subcontractor management, and an active security clearance. PMP or PgMP certification is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in IT/operations project management across multi-site or dispersed teams.
• Experience managing Federal contracts or large enterprise programs.
• Experience with subcontractors and vendor relationships.
• Active PMP or PgMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for DDLC task areas across multiple performance sites.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to meet SLAs and budgets.
• Oversee cost, schedule, and performance baselines with budgeting and reporting.
• Coordinate with IT, logistics, security, facilities to ensure required support.
• Manage subcontractor onboarding, scope, deliverables, and issue resolution.
• Implement standardized processes aligned with CMMI Level 3 and Agile practices.
• Monitor risks and issues with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop operational reports and dashboards for leadership and client visibility.
• Provide people leadership to dispersed teams with performance coaching.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and security requirements.
