Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks an Operations Manager – DDLC Support to lead day-to-day delivery operations across multiple workstreams and sites. You will plan, direct, and coordinate program activities, manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risks, and partner with IT, logistics, security, and other stakeholders to optimize processes.

The role requires at least 8 years of relevant IT or operations experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and an active US security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proven ability to lead multi-site delivery with dispersed teams.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for government contracts or large programs.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for DDLC task areas across multiple locations.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities, staffing, and resource allocation to meet SLAs.
• Manage cost, schedule, and performance baselines with budgeting and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with IT, logistics, security, facilities to ensure necessary infrastructure and support services.
• Manage subcontractor performance, onboarding, scope definition, and issue resolution.
• Implement standardized processes and metrics aligned with CMMI Level 3 and Agile practices.
• Monitor risks and issues, perform root-cause analysis, and track actions for leadership visibility.
• Develop and present operational reports and dashboards (volume, throughput, SLA attainment, workforce utilization).
• Provide leadership to dispersed teams including performance management and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and client governance, including audits and inspections.
