Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks an Operations Manager for DDLC Support to lead day-to-day delivery across multiple sites. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk while coordinating with IT, logistics, security, and other stakeholders to optimize processes and drive improvement.

You must have 8+ years of IT/operations leadership, a PMP or PgMP, and a current US security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years planning, directing, coordinating, and managing IT or operations projects/programs with dispersed workforce.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, and performance for Federal government contracts or large enterprise programs.
• Experience managing subcontractors and vendor relationships, including contract compliance and issue resolution.
• Active PMI certification (PMP or PgMP).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills across IT, logistics, security, and other functions.
• Current secret security clearance and US residency.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for DDLC task areas, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to quality standards across multiple sites.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities including work planning, staffing, and resource allocation to meet SLAs.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis for leadership and client.
• Coordinate with IT, logistics, security, facilities, and enabling teams to ensure infrastructure and support services for seamless operations.
• Manage subcontractor performance including onboarding, scope definition, and delivery oversight.
• Implement standardized processes and metrics aligned with CMMI Level 3 and Agile practices.
