Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of IT or operations program management, plus PMP or PgMP and a current secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing IT or operations projects with multi-site delivery.
• Experience managing costs, schedules, and performance on Federal government contracts or large enterprise programs.
• Experience managing subcontractors and vendor relationships, including contract compliance and delivery oversight.
• Active PMP or PgMP certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management across IT, logistics, security, and other functions.
• Current secret security clearance and United States residency.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for DDLC task areas, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery across multiple locations.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate projects, including staffing, task assignments, and resource allocation to meet SLAs.
• Oversee budget, schedule, and performance baselines with forecasting and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with IT, logistics, security, facilities to ensure infrastructure and tools are in place.
• Manage subcontractor performance, onboarding, scope definition, deliverable tracking, and escalation.
• Implement standardized processes aligned with CMMI Level 3, Agile, and delivery frameworks.
• Monitor risks, perform root-cause analysis, and maintain logs for leadership visibility.
• Develop operational reports and dashboards for leadership and clients.
• Provide people leadership to dispersed teams, including performance management and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance, including audits and reviews.
