Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Operations Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of planning and managing IT or operations programs, multi-site or worldwide delivery.
• Experience managing federal government contracts or large enterprise programs including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience with subcontractors and vendor relationships and contract compliance.
• Active PMP or PgMP certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management across IT, logistics, security, and related areas.
• Current secret security clearance and US residency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for DDLC task areas, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and quality.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities, staffing, and resource allocation to meet SLAs.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, reports, and performance baselines for DDLC work.
• Coordinate with IT, logistics, security, facilities to ensure infrastructure and support services.
• Manage subcontractor onboarding, scope, deliverables, and issue resolution.
• Implement standardized processes and metrics aligned with CMMI Level 3 and Agile practices.
• Monitor risks, perform root-cause analysis, and maintain risk/issue/action logs.
• Develop and present operational reports and dashboards to leadership and client.
