The ideal candidate has 8+ years of IT/ops project management experience, a PMP or PgMP, and a proven track record in managing dispersed teams and subcontractors under federal contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Active PMP or PgMP certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing IT or operations projects/programs of similar scope and multi-site delivery.
• Experience with federal government contracts or large enterprise programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for DDLC task areas, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities including staffing and resource allocation.
• Oversee cost, schedule, and performance baselines including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Coordinate with IT, logistics, security, and other teams to ensure infrastructure and support services.
• Manage subcontractor performance, onboarding, scope definition, and quality oversight.
• Implement standardized operational processes aligned with CMMI Level 3, Agile practices.
