Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Operations Management, or related field.
• 8+ years managing IT/operations projects/programs with multi-site delivery.
• Experience with Federal government contracts or large enterprise programs.
• Experience managing subcontractors and vendor relationships.
• Active PMP or PgMP certification.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management across IT, logistics, security.
• Current secret security clearance and United States residency.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for DDLC task areas, ensuring timely delivery within budget and standards.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities, staffing, and resource allocation to meet SLAs.
• Oversee cost, schedule, and performance baselines including budgeting and forecasting.
• Coordinate with IT, logistics, security, facilities to ensure required support services.
• Manage subcontractor performance, onboarding, scope, and deliverables tracking.
• Implement standardized processes aligned with CMMI Level 3 and Agile practices.
• Monitor risks, perform root-cause analysis, and maintain risk/issue logs.
• Develop and present operational dashboards on volume, SLA attainment, and staffing.
• Provide people leadership, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and client governance, including audits.
