Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc.'s Global Workplace Solutions Local AMS division seeks a Business Operations Manager to plan, manage and direct operations across FM, project management, finance, contracts, licensing and data reporting.

You will develop training programs, implement processes and share best practices across the division, while building SharePoint sites and supporting new account transitions. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience with supervisory responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college
• Minimum five years of related experience or six+ years including four years of management experience
• Ability to analyze, interpret and prepare complex business documents
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of financial software systems is advantageous (e.g. PeopleSoft, Dynamics)

• Create, manage and implement training programs and business processes
• Support and communicate policies and initiatives to ensure consistency
• Encourage collaboration to share knowledge and improve processes
• Identify and implement innovations to enhance performance
• Lead the new business unit implementation process
• Prepare data reports for financial and other business metrics
• Analyze trends to identify opportunities to improve financial and commercial performance
• Maintain finance system data and ensure accurate invoicing and orders
