Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations are preferred for this role.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive information and convey performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities, set schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Oversee all phases of project management including procurement, contracting, planning and tracking.
• Ensure procurement and contract processes are accurate, timely, and compliant.
• Monitor billing, accounts receivable, expenses, staffing, and P&L to EBITDA.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other business lines to meet strategic objectives.
