Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead a team responsible for operating and maintaining a portfolio of buildings. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, coordinate repairs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across facilities.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, and a preference for Facility Management certification. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Facility Management certification preferred.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention.
• Leadership and organizational skills; ability to communicate and train staff.
• Strong numerical and financial calculation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Schedule daily activities; set schedules and deadlines; cross-train staff.
• Coordinate facility repairs and maintenance with technicians and vendors.
• Maintain client relationships and conduct meetings on facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, budgets, and variance reports.
• Perform inspections and suggest operational improvements.
• Oversee environmental health and safety procedures.
• Review vendor quotes and manage procurement of parts and labor.
• Train staff on maintenance, repairs, and safety practices.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
