Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee building operations for facilities, campuses, or portfolios. You will support property managers with repairs, investment plans, and project management within a dynamic FM environment.

You will lead staff, manage budgets, coordinate vendors, and ensure compliance with safety standards while fostering client relationships and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Valid driver's license required. Facility Management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, track training and development, conduct performance valuations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, establish schedules, assign tasks, cross-train staff.
• Set and track staff and department deadlines; mentor and coach as needed.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare and manage large capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections for QA following regulations; suggest operational efficiencies and upgrades.
• Develop vendor relationships and oversee invoicing procedures and PO review for parts, services, and labor.
