Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Sr. Manager to oversee building operations, maintenance, and asset care across a portfolio. You will lead a team, manage schedules, and coordinate repairs and upgrades to meet client needs.

You will drive capital projects, monitor operating budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and build strong relationships with vendors and clients to deliver high-quality facilities services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Facility Management certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees. Track training and development; conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and manage team daily activities; set schedules and cross-train staff.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare and manage large capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections and suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrades.
