Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Business Operations Manager to plan, manage and direct operations for a division within the GWS Local AMS business, supporting facilities management, project management, finance, commercial, contract administration, licensing and data reporting.

You will develop training programs and processes, implement organizational best practices, and lead the rollout of new units and SharePoint sites.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university.
• Minimum of five years of related experience or minimum of six plus years’ experience including four years of management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous supervisory experience required.
• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents.
• Write reports, manuals, speeches and articles with distinctive style.
• Create effective and persuasive presentations to employees, clients and top management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and direct business operations for a division within GWS Local AMS.
• Support FM operations, project management, finance, commercial, contract administration, licensing, and data reporting.
• Create, manage and implement training programs and system training.
• Support policies, procedures and initiatives for consistency across the business.
• Lead the new business unit implementation process and buildout SharePoint sites.
• Prepare data reports for financial and other business metrics and analyze trends.
• Maintain finance system data and processing of quotations, purchase orders and client invoices.
• Advise and support recruitment of BOMs and Contract Support staff.
• Support onboarding and training of BOMs & Contract Supports.
