Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Operations Manager-RMX to drive strategy execution and oversee all operations within a defined market and product line. You will partner with the General Manager and support functions to translate objectives into measurable goals and ensure successful execution.

You will lead staffing, safety, budgeting, and continuous improvement efforts, focusing on productivity, customer service, and employee retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7 years of equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of required work experience.
• Required technical skills include Microsoft Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages all operations within a defined market and product line.
• Ensures productivity, efficiency, customer service levels and retention.
• Collaborates with the GM and support functions to set measurable regional goals.
• Allocates budgets and monitors cost drivers to improve productivity.
• Manages staffing plans, recruitment, supervision and performance.
