Amrize is seeking an Operations Manager-RMX to lead and optimize operations in a defined regional market and product line. You will partner with the General Manager, drive productivity, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across projects in Franklin Farms Proj. LA.

The role emphasizes staffing, budgeting, and continuous process improvement. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years’ related experience, plus expertise in Microsoft Office and SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of equivalent experience required.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Field of study in Operations Management, Business, Civil or mechanical engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Direct collaboration with General Manager to set objectives and long-range goals for the region.
• Translate objectives into measurable goals and oversee execution across teams.
• Ensure operations meet business objectives with direction to managers.
