Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Operations Manager-RMX to drive strategy execution across a defined market and product line. You will oversee employee productivity, operational efficiency, customer service levels, and retention within a high-stakes environment.

You will partner with the GM, manage budgets, and lead staffing and development initiatives while promoting safety and environmental stewardship across projects in Franklin Farms, LA. Strong leadership, ERP and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of equivalent experience required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Field of Study: Operations Management, Business, Civil or mechanical engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Works with General Manager and support functions to develop long-range regional objectives and goals.
• Translates objectives into measurable goals and ensures successful execution of strategies.
• Provides direction to managers to achieve business objectives and maintain performance.
• Participates in operating budget preparation and reviews KPIs to drive cost reduction and program improvement.
• Develops staffing plans, recruits, trains, and manages personnel; supports HR on development and succession planning.
• Drives safety culture and ensures compliance with safety regulations; coordinates with Safety and Environmental managers.

Education

Bachelor's degree or 7+ years experience

Master's degree preferred
