Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Operations Manager-RMX for Franklin Farms Proj. LA to drive strategy execution and oversee regional operations, performance, and safety.

You will partner with the General Manager, translate objectives into actionable plans, and ensure cost control and customer service excellence across the market. The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or 7+ years of equivalent experience), 7+ years of work experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7 years of equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred where applicable.
• 7+ years of work experience in operations or a related field.
• Required Technical Skills: Microsoft Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Works directly with the General Manager to develop regional objectives and long-range goals.
• Translates objectives into measurable goals for the area of responsibility.
• Oversees and directs managers to achieve business objectives.
• Contributes to region-wide P&L targets and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Assists in preparing operating budgets and performance reviews.
• Monitors cost drivers, inventory, capacity, and KPI trends.
• Ensures safety compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; coordinates with Safety and Environmental teams.
• Manages staffing plans, recruitment, performance appraisals, and succession planning.
• Drives continuous improvement of operations and customer service.
