Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Operations Manager-RMX to drive strategy execution and manage all operations within the Franklin Farms Proj. LA region. You will focus on productivity, efficiency, customer service, and employee satisfaction while maintaining a positive work environment.

You will lead staffing plans, supervise personnel, and partner with HR for development and succession planning. A strong emphasis on safety and cost control will be essential to meet regional objectives and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all operations within a defined market and product line.
• Collaborate with General Manager and support functions on regional objectives and long-range goals.
• Ensure operations meet business objectives by directing managers and optimizing processes.
• Contribute to regional P&L by identifying improvements and leveraging resources.
• Prepare operating budgets and monitor cost drivers and performance indicators.
• Promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship and ensure regulatory compliance.
