Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and optimize operations across a defined market and product line in North America. You will drive strategy execution, manage budgets, and monitor KPIs while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of equivalent experience or a Master’s degree, and frequent regional travel. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7 years of equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Field of Study Preferred: Operations Management, Business, Civil or mechanical engineering or other related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Travel Requirements: Frequent travel to company and customer sites in the region. Less than 10% travel out of the region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all operations within a defined market and product line.
• Drive strategy execution and monitor KPI-based performance.
• Prepare operating budgets and monitor cost drivers.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance; coordinate with Safety and Environmental teams.
• Improve productivity by reducing turnaround times and optimizing processes.
• Motivate teams to achieve high performance and positive work culture.
