Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Operations Manager-RMX to drive strategy execution and manage all operations in a defined market and product line. You will focus on employee productivity, efficiency, customer service, and retention while maintaining a positive work environment.

The role requires 7+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP. You will work closely with the GM, manage budgets, and lead a team to achieve P&L targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Field of Study: Operations Management, Business, Civil or mechanical engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage operations within a defined market and product line.
• Collaborate with GM and support functions to set objectives and ensure execution.
• Monitor cost drivers, budgets, and KPIs to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Lead staffing, training, and performance management across the region.
• Drive safety culture and regulatory compliance in all activities.
• Develop staffing plans and schedules to meet project needs and objectives.
