Job summary

Amrize seeks an Operations Manager-RMX to drive strategy execution across a defined market and product line in Franklin Farms Proj. LA. You will oversee productivity, customer service, and staff retention while leading cross-functional teams to meet objectives.

Responsibilities include budget prep, KPI analysis, safety culture development, and collaboration with GM and HR for staffing and development. 7+ years’ experience and a bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7 years of equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Field of Study: Operations Management, Business, Civil or mechanical engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations within a defined market and product line.
• Drive strategy execution and achieve P&L targets.
• Develop staffing plans and manage personnel actions.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance in all operations.
• Monitor KPIs and continuously improve productivity and costs.
