Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and optimize operations within a defined market and product line. You will oversee productivity, efficiency, customer service levels, and employee retention while maintaining a positive work environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a Master's preferred. Travel is frequent to company and customer sites in the region, and SAP/Microsoft Office proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7 years of equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Field of study: Operations Management, Business, Civil or mechanical engineering or related.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct operations to meet business objectives.
• Support region in achieving P&L targets by optimizing resources.
• Prepare operating budgets and monitor cost drivers.
• Review KPIs, volumes, inventory, and cost reports for improvements.
• Foster safety culture and ensure compliance with regulations.
