Job summary

Amrize seeks an Operations Manager-RMX to drive strategy execution across a defined market and product line. You will partner with the GM and support functions to set objectives and ensure successful execution, while guiding managers to meet business goals.

You will also supervise staffing, budgeting, safety, and performance, promoting efficient operations and high-quality customer service across projects in North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7 years of equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Field of Study: Operations Management, Business, Civil or mechanical engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all operations within a defined market and product line.
• Develop objectives and long-range goals with the GM and support functions.
• Ensure achievement of business objectives by directing managers.
• Prepare and monitor operating budgets and cost control.
• Improve productivity by analyzing KPIs and implementing improvements.
• Maintain a culture of safety and regulatory compliance.
• Staffing plans, recruitment, supervision, and performance appraisals.
