Job summary

Motive is seeking a high-potential Business Operations leader to shape go-to-market strategy across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will analyze market trends, segment customers, and prioritize opportunities with senior leaders to drive scale.

You will build analytical models and dashboards, translate data into actionable recommendations, and push for continuous process improvements using AI to improve efficiency and performance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, banking, private equity, or Strategy & Operations.
• Experience at a hypergrowth and rapidly scaling SaaS company.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
• Advanced communication, presentation, and organization skills; executive presence with C-suite interactions.
• Proficient in data management and building data models; SQL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop go-to-market strategies by analyzing market trends, customer segmentation, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to prioritize high-growth opportunities and drive strategic execution across GTM functions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives connecting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to scale operations.
• Create robust analytical models and dashboards to provide actionable insights into go-to-market and product performance.
• Proactively identify trends, opportunities, and risks, translating data into clear recommendations and leveraging AI to improve efficiency.
