Our Business Operations team leads go-to-market strategy, improves efficiency, and drives scalable growth across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. We partner with C-suite stakeholders to aligninitiatives and execute with discipline.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, banking, private equity, or Strategy & Operations, plus SaaS in-house experience.
• Recent experience at a hypergrowth and rapidly scaling SaaS company.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
• Advanced communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop go-to-market strategies by analyzing market trends and segmentation, aligning with senior leadership.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and drive high-visibility strategic programs across departments.
• Create analytical models and dashboards to provide actionable go-to-market and product insights, leveraging AI.
• Champion operational efficiency by identifying and implementing process improvements.
